Melanie Marnich
Melanie's plays, which include The Sparrow Project, Quake, Tallgrass Gothic, Blur, and Beautiful Again have been seen in New York, London, Chicago, Dallas, and San Diego.
Blur recently premiered at Manhattan Theatre Club, and Quake opened the 2001 Humana Festival, and was presented at the Royal Court Theatre. Blur won the Francesca Primus Award for New Plays. Additional awards include two Samuel Goldwyn Awards, two Jerome Fellowships, and a McKnight Advancement Grant.
She is a graduate of the MFA playwriting program at UCSD.
